Job Context

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Tele Sales Officers to join our sales team. The role involves reaching out to pharmacies who are not yet our customers, pitching our services, onboarding them, and encouraging them to place medicine orders regularly. This is a target-driven role with fixed salary and attractive sales-based incentives. The candidate will be responsible for hitting daily, weekly, and monthly targets, maintaining communication logs, and reporting performance to the sales lead.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and engage with pharmacy shops across assigned regions who are not yet onboarded

  • Present the benefits of ordering medicines through our platform

  • Convince and onboard new customers through structured and professional communication

  • Follow up with leads, answer basic product or service queries, and close sales

  • Ensure order placement by the pharmacy and guide them through the initial purchase

  • Maintain and update lead status, call feedback, and order conversion in the system

  • Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Share regular reports with supervisors on performance and pipeline status

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • HSC or Bachelor’s degree (preferred but flexible based on communication skills)

  • Prior experience in tele sales, call centers, or pharma sales is an advantage

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills over the phone

  • Target-driven mindset with a hunger to earn more through incentives

  • Must be comfortable using smartphones or basic CRM/sales tracking tools

  • Honest, punctual, and hardworking with attention to detail

Performance Will Be Measured On

  • Number of pharmacies contacted per day

  • Number of new customers onboarded

  • Total order value and frequency of orders from onboarded clients

  • Achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Accuracy of reporting and call documentation
