Responsibilities & Context:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
Collect and maintain accurate customer contact details and leads in Google Sheets/CRM.
Follow up with potential clients to build relationships and encourage project inquiries.
Share product and service details, including company profile, brochures, and pricing, as required.
Assist the sales team by setting appointments and coordinating client meetings.
Provide feedback from customers to help improve sales strategies and services.
Support in preparing call reports, daily activity updates, and lead status summaries.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and follow-up activities.
Achieve weekly and monthly call and lead generation targets.
