Job Overview: We seek a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will make outbound calls to potential customers, promote products/services, and generate sales or appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Promote and sell products/services over the phone.
Explain the benefits and features of the company’s offerings.
Maintained customer databases and updated records accurately.
Handle customer inquiries, and objections, and provide relevant information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with interested prospects and close deals effectively.
Work closely with the sales team for lead conversion.
Maintain a professional and courteous approach with customers.
Keep records of calls and sales performance for reporting.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum HSC/ Diploma/Bachelor's degree
Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage. Freshes can be apply
Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Good listening skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are a plus.
Language: Proficiency in Bengali is preferred.
