Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform any, multiple, or all of the following:
∎ Respond to a range of enquiries and providing a high level of service
∎ Keep records up to date on the database and produce reports
∎ Manage the tele consultant Team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent & clear communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Excellent listening and assisting skills
∎ Team Player
∎ Experience in a customer contact/call centre environment
∎ Strong MS office, MS Excel ?and Outlook skills
∎ Proven track record working in a results & KPI driven environment.
∎ Expert in script writing and eager to test and learn.

Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
