Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a high-performing, technologically sound individual to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. You must be expert on identifying new technology in global consumer market and introducing those to the local
∎ customers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Master technical features of products and services being sold.
∎ Use client relationship management software to track and analyze sales productivity.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations using public speaking and sales skills.
∎ Research customers' needs and resolves problems.
∎ Visit customers and potential customers to develop relationships, follow up on leads, set grower trials, close sales opportunities and provide technical information.
∎ Meet established sales budget (revenue, prot, expense) goals.
∎ Achieve key metrics (customer visits per weeks, prospect visits per week, trials conducted).
∎ Give technical support in person, by email and phone.
∎ Deliver sales presentations and close sales in a professional manner,
∎ Make product recommendations and presentation to clients, distributors, and industry organizations in order to educate and inform.
∎ Input customer activities, competitive intelligence and industry information daily, using CRM system.
∎ Follow-up in a timely manner to voicemail and email requests from management, peers and other internal and external customers.
∎ Manage major accounts; establishes long-term, ongoing relationships with multiple people in a
∎ customer's organization.
∎ Provide feedback to internal teams as well as with sales peers regarding competition, pricing and marketing opportunities.

Additional Requirements:

∎ 5 + years experienced in relevant field.
∎ Successful previous experience as Assistant/Deputy Sales Manager/Equivalent Rank, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
∎ Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
∎ Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise.
∎ Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
∎ Both males and females are encouraged to apply. Good command over English Language or any certification would be an added advantage.
∎ Up to mark Email & Verbal Communication.
∎ Finally selected candidates must give a Training & Development Bond for serving the Ezzy Group for a minimum period of 3 (three) years after completion of his 6-months' probation period. Nominated mentors will guide them, coach them and train them on the job to shape up their competence & operational expertise; knowledge and behavioral competences to enable them take up the substantive job as the "Technology Sales Expert" within a regular pay scale on successful completion of the probation period.
