Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in EEE or CSE from a reputed University from any UGC approved university
∎ Certificate of PRINCE-2, PMP, ITIL shall be treated as an asset
∎ MBA/EMA shall be treated as an asset

∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage portfolios of projects (major & critical) and track, monitor, control, and manage all activities of projects by using all possible project management tools & agreed governance model
∎ Ensure full support to the Project managers to keep the project ON-TRACK & escalate to steer if projects become RED/AMBER
∎ Review projects with PMs, seek continuous improvement in risk mitigation strategy, and set solid mechanism to identify risks, analyze & plan
∎ Align, unify and enhance Project reporting in all aspects, oversee, consolidate and manage system modification in coordination with relevant departments
∎ Ensure learning sessions for technology with the help of HR (aligned with IDP, as per sudden demand, as per management's discretion) & vendors (CAPEX training, latest technology/future technology workshop, webinar, online by vendor's initiative etc.)
∎ Ensure planning of effective engagement program & successful conduct of it with different dimensions like knowledge, competition, fun, family/kids participation, sports, games, cultural programs etc.
∎ Ensure certificate training on project management & grow more certified project managers with BL-internal certificate or PMP.

∎ Sound knowledge on program/project management, ,
∎ Sound knowledge on Project life cycle management & risk/issue management
∎ Advance Knowledge on Program office & portfolio management
∎ Advance knowledge of Telecom (all area) along with 3G & LTE
