Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in Engineering/BBA/MBA from any UGC approved university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform Vendor performance evaluation through VPM process based on contracted scope.
∎ Analyze vendor performance and identify performance trends, work with appropriate stakeholders to take corrective action to improve performance expectations
∎ Maintain root cause analysis on multiple poor performance evaluation and monitor on action items improvement area to maintain business value high.
∎ Regular review of vendors' Contract & analyze the Scope, SLA and KPI
∎ Develop Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) to measure vendor deliverable and suggest major improvement areas as per requirement
∎ Review & Validate vendor Claims & Acceptance & Create GRN for invoice process
∎ Due Diligence Screening for business partners before onboarding,
∎ Co-ordination between vendors and different internal stakeholders for dispute resolution on operational & Project activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in Engineering/BBA/MBA from any UGC approved university.
∎ 4-5 Years, overall experience with minimum 3 years' experience in Telecom sector with similar role.
