Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Engineering in Computer/ Electrical & Electronics.
∎ MBA (Finance) is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Forecasting to Budget & Business plan by collecting information from all technology departments which are related to service and material requirements.
∎ Analyze trends of Technology requirements to be used for existing and future forecast
∎ Ensure all current and future initiatives and operational excellence projects are considered.
∎ Monitoring, Verify, control of all network related expenses; review and adjust service and material consumption against purchase orders & purchase requests in coordination with all technology teams.
∎ Responsible for collecting and verifying provisional monthly OpEx/CapEx input from all Technology teams & submission to finance.
∎ Responsible for verifying actual technology expenses in coordination with Finance.
∎ Prepare all inputs for Technology teams for external auditors & consultant in benchmarking projects.
∎ Collect, verify and prepare per site actual cost quarterly & making report accordingly.
∎ Co-ordinate with All technology teams & Supply Chain for 3rd party vendors' yearly maintenance contracts & claims.
∎ Prepare Business cases, report & analysis of cost efficiency proposed by different technology teams.
∎ Involvement, drive & reporting of operational savings initiatives to ensure efficient & optimized operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Academic Qualification- B.Sc. Engineering in Computer/ Electrical & Electronics.
∎ MBA (Finance) is preferred.
∎ Job Experience Required- 7-10 years' job experience with 3-5 years of relevant Budget Management experience
∎ Expertise in Microsoft office packages specially in Power Point Presentation & Excel.
∎ Required Capabilities- Expert knowledge on Technology items to ensure Budgeting & controlling expenses.
∎ Thorough knowledge of GSM Network Operations Management.
∎ Experience in management of 3rd party Consultant and Auditors, Vendors.
∎ Expert on reporting & presentation to Management/Higher level.
∎ Expertise in Operational excellence & Transformation.
∎ Expertise in Cost efficiency projects.
