∎ Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Solar Energy or relevant subject from any reputed university/institution

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This Position will be responsible for direct implementation, supervision, monitoring and quality ensuring of materials and installation mainly for solar system and any other task assigned by supervisor.
∎ Check the status of the facilities on daily basis and make detail fixing plan.
∎ Regularly solar/power support to Primary Health Center and Health Post for smoothly service delivery.
∎ Assist the supervisor by calculating materials and labor requirement for a full set up of solar system installation.
∎ Having knowledge on power system evaluation to run a solar system properly.
∎ Check the materials quality of solar system and communicate to your supervisor for any irrelevant issues.
∎ Assessment of materials evaluation, estimation mainly for solar system with the relevant market price.
∎ Involved in all types of repairs and maintenance for solar system with estimating require materials.
∎ Implementing the system based on work plan and design and recommend to any modifications.
∎ Prepare the daily report and communicate to your supervisor and ensure the proper information.
∎ Keep the record of the project progress and any other related documents and ensure reached.
∎ Involved in site selection for facilities installation.
∎ Work with other partners staff for the coordination maters.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
