Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and test dye samples for color matching and quality assurance.
∎ Conduct lab dyeing experiments to develop and optimize dye formulations.
∎ Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless transitions from lab to production.
∎ Monitor dyeing processes, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
∎ Analyze and document results of dye tests, maintaining accurate records.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve dyeing issues in production.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in the lab.
∎ Maintain lab equipment and supplies, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and new dyeing techniques.
∎ The Lab & Dyeing Technician is responsible for conducting dyeing processes, preparing samples, and performing laboratory tests to ensure color quality and consistency in textile products. The technician will work closely with the production team to develop dye formulations and troubleshoot dyeing issues.
