∎ Textile university graduate or equal knowledge earned by previous working experience

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Pattern makers in Buying Office with patterns. Ability to check, export and support with pattern files and pattern work with suppliers.
∎ Responsible for samples regarding fitting, measures, quality and making in Production office.
∎ Support Buying Office with suggestion for production friendly solutions for a better price and/or efficient production.
∎ Support Pattern maker to develop new fit for new seasons.
∎ By effective communication, work pro-actively for local sample approval and shorter sample lead time, routines, best performance, efficiency and prioritization.
∎ Identify Suppliers weak points and educate in Kappahl quality/making requirements.
∎ Introduce new suppliers with Kappahl way of working with size/size chart/fit and patterns.
∎ Identify new sustainable ways of working, e.g in technique, material efficiency, reducing samples
∎ Monitor and analyse current and future business environment to make sure work processes, competence, and customer offer ongoing is developed to reach expected results.
∎ Perform fit sessions on dummies as well as live model.
∎ Develop and support current suppliers concerning fit and samples.
∎ Risk analysis of products before production.
∎ Execute responsibility in delegated defined roles and processes.
∎ Goal oriented co-operation with all related colleagues within the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 5 years garment technician experience.
∎ Garment production knowhow and experience from factory and buying house/liaison office.
∎ Well experienced of working with overseas buyers.
∎ Ability to work in fast paced work environment both independently and in group.
∎ Good prod knowledge, understand new production technique and workmanship.
∎ Good material knowledge & sewing skills
∎ Education in pattern making or equivalent working experience
∎ Experience on CAD program or similar
∎ Added advantage with experience in PLM
∎ Ability to communicate verbally and written in English
∎ Ability to create a good communication and cooperation's together with PO team and BO team
∎ Ability to create and keep a good structure
∎ Good communication skills. Be able to convey messages and information in a clear and structured way.
∎ Strong computer skills.
