Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering calls and providing information about our products and services.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries to handle and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Communicate with clients throughout the implementation project life cycle.
∎ Report enhancement requests and bugs on behalf of the client.
∎ Develop and conduct training programs for each client.
∎ Act as a resource to assist the project team in the product development and testing process.
∎ Follow-up on unresolved problems to respective departments for appropriate solutions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Great interest in the technology field.
∎ Experience in the same field will get priority.
∎ Knowledge in ERP system, Accounting, MS office and emailing.
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
∎ Must be self-motivated and able to work under pressure in any environment.
∎ Must be willing to travel for implementation and training purposes.
Salary: Negotiable
