Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Answering calls and providing information about our products and services.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries to handle and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Communicate with clients throughout the implementation project life cycle.
∎ Report enhancement requests and bugs on behalf of the client. Develop and conduct training programs for each client.
∎ Act as a resource to assist the project team in the product development and testing process.
∎ Follow-up on unresolved problems to respective departments for appropriate solutions.
