Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
∎ Plan and manage digital marketing budgets effectively.
∎ Oversee end-to-end digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
∎ Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and user engagement.
∎ Work closely with content creators to develop compelling and SEO-friendly content for digital channels.
∎ Ensure consistency of messaging across all digital platforms.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools.
∎ Provide regular reports on the performance of digital marketing efforts and recommend improvements.
∎ Lead SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and competitor analysis.
∎ Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.
∎ Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
∎ A/B test and optimize email campaigns for performance improvement.
∎ Oversee social media strategy and content calendar.
∎ Engage with the online community and manage brand reputation on social platforms.
∎ Provide guidance and leadership to junior members of the digital marketing team.
∎ Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the team.
