∎ Go|Games - the GaaS - Gaming as a Service platform (goama.com) - using Games for engagement is looking for a Technical Support Manager who is proficient in providing excellent technical support to our partners around the globe. You will also create policies and procedures and oversee the technical support provided by the tech support team. You will be responsible for the hiring of support staff and ensure that a standardized level of technical service is maintained for all partners.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ You will be in direct contact with the partners for any technical assistance required by them.
∎ We are responsible as the first line communication link between partners and Goama's technical & production team.
∎ Monitoring, tracking the issues in the Ticketing system
∎ Ensure extensive use of Ticketing system
∎ Providing correct feedback to partners.
∎ Prioritizing and dealing with the technical issues in a timely manner.
∎ You will be handling the issue by talking, chatting with partners
∎ Providing appropriate solutions to the technical issues faced by the partners.
∎ Keeping track of the customer queries and resolving the issues as early as possible.
∎ Ensuring that the issues are completely rectified and properly communicated.
∎ Managing and coordinating the technical support team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong presentation capabilities and ability to convey ideas in a concise manner.
∎ At least 5 years working experience in technical support service or relevant position.
∎ Proficient in written and oral English with excellent communication and people skills
∎ Key Skills
∎ Ability to manage customer relationships at all seniority levels.
∎ Strong digital aptitude, able to pick up new systems and tools quickly.
∎ Strong attention to detail, able to ensure configurations made are inline with expectation and work flawlessly.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Ability to prioritize and manage tasks with a Project Management mindset.
∎ Excellent time management skills.
∎ Ability to work and deliver multiple projects within the same deadline
∎ Sociability, teamwork skills
∎ High professional motivation and ambition
∎ Nice to have:
∎ Professional certifications in IT, technical support will be preferred.
∎ Technical knowledge in networking systems.
