• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of software applications and troubleshooting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

• Patience, empathy, and a customer-oriented mindset.

• Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not required.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Technical Support Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist our software clients by providing timely and effective technical support, helping them troubleshoot issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience. This internship provides valuable exposure to customer service, software troubleshooting, and real-world problem-solving in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to software clients via email, chat, or phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client-reported issues in collaboration with the development team.
• Document client issues, solutions, and support interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and guide them through software setup and usage.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff while maintaining clear communication with clients.
• Gather client feedback to help improve software functionality and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with product features, updates, and technical knowledge to provide accurate support.
