Proficient in operating computers and office software. Have basic knowledge of information and communication networks. The basic knowledge of software and hardware, circuits, and maintenance of information and communication network terminals. Familiar with mobile phone product knowledge.



Responsibilities & Context:

· Responsible for receiving, basic info checking, recording, and reporting regional quality feedback. Cooperating, Communicating with the China HQ analysis team for getting solutions for feedback. and sending monthly feedback reports to the technical support manager.

· Export and Extract low-scored NPS data. Return visit with the low-scored user to collect VOC. Using 5 WHY analyze, categorize, and find the root cause of the low score and find the solution to prevent the revisit. Sends summarized report to Department manager.

· Responsible for receiving service complaints via complain hotline number and providing related solutions for the customers regarding complaints or inquiries.

· Responsible for exporting daily RO records quantity and verifying the number of quantities with physically printed RO forms by observing corresponding reporting feedback group.

· Responsible for approving pending system requests for device flash operation.

· Responsible for recording engineers’ repair table 6S image checking from the corresponding group and sending monthly inspection reports to the technical support manager.

· Responsible for helping service center engineers by using remote software in urgent situations when software tools or driver crash.

· Willing to work under pressure as well as in the holidays if needed.
