Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide support for IPTSP-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain IP Telephony systems.
∎ Monitor and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
∎ Work closely with the technical team to ensure the smooth operation of IPTSP services.
∎ Address customer inquiries and deliver effective solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
∎ Document technical issues and maintain records of resolutions.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ We are seeking dedicated and technically skilled individuals to join our team as Technical Support Engineers for IPTSP (IP Telephony Service Provider). The ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of networking, VoIP, and telecommunication systems.
