• Must be experienced in CCTV Management and NVR Operations.
• Networking.
• Must have experience in Router-Micro Tick.
• UNO, Network Switch.
• Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Understanding LAN / WAN equipment like routers, switches, APs, and Servers for proper installation.
• Must have experience with FTP server, NAS server, IP Phone configuration, IP device and Networking.
• Must be able to do maintenance and troubleshoot computers, printers, LaserJet printers Interactive TVs, photocopy machines, scanners, CCTV cameras, Access Control Devices, Multimedia Projectors, etc., and other IT devices.
• Experienced in assisting with remote support systems.
• Server administration (Ubuntu, Linux, Raspberry Pi & Windows).

• In the role of IT Executive (Information Technology & Telecoms), the Executive will be responsible for overseeing and assisting management in IT matters, including full development, maintenance, and support life cycles of information systems and any other deliverables in line with the aims and objectives of the Authority.
• Provides technical support on computer hardware and software in a corporate network environment.
• Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves technical problems. Daily maintenance of PC and laptop, including operating system installation and software configuration.
• Daily inspection and maintenance of server room.
• System configuration, user authority management, and corresponding review work.
• Monitoring and tracking of incidents, tracking and escalating related IT issues to the correct entity.
• IT materials Inventory knowledge.
• Knowledge of FTP and NAS servers.
• Any work assigned from time to time by the supervisor or the Management.
• Replace parts as required.
• CCTV Management.
• Daily management of TCS, WIM, ITS, and facility.
• Management of all CCTV’s cleaning, maintaining of CCTVs, CCTV Monitoring of TCSCCTV Management of the NVR data, and backup IP configuration.
• CCTV playbacks in toll booths to make video audit
• Monitoring of WIM CCTVs in controller house and checkpoint to make an audit.
• OLT Micro tick management.
• Report to the COO.
