Responsibilities & Context:
Provide efficient technical assistance, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues to ensure uninterrupted service for clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, documenting detailed case information and maintaining accurate records to contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.
Monitor and respond to system alerts, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of potential issues, and actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
