Skills Required: Knitting,Pattern making,Product Development
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of product development, materials, knitting technology, linking, and finishing.
Skilled in chart-making, knitting programming, and fitting adjustments.
Understanding of pattern, grading, design aesthetics, and garment construction.
Operational Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet tools.
Able to navigate Kohl’s system for uploading sample photos, measurements, and comments.
Coordinate with factory technicians and LF Mentor for development and fit samples.
Monitor and follow up sample status throughout the development process.
Responsibilities & Context:
Review samples and conduct risk analysis in coordination with the factory.
Lead PP meetings, set up garment production standards, and clearly communicate requirements.
Oversee pilot runs when Risk Analysis indicates High Risk and ensure inline production control and verification against RA findings.
