∎ Minimum 8 years' relevant experience with at least 2 years in managerial level
∎ Strong product and material knowledge, and familiar with merchandising and product development process
∎ Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
∎ Ability to build strong relationships with the team as a good team leader, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
∎ Strong problem solving skills. Able to manage multiple tasks environment
∎ Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
∎ Literate in Microsoft office programs
∎ Frequent travel is required

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, allocate and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Manage the team to ensure team effectiveness and efficiency.
∎ Provide technical advice/support to factories and colleagues to solve production issues.
∎ Provide technical advice on pattern making/sample fitting/sample construction, etc.
∎ Manage the team to monitor production progress and solve production issues.
∎ Assess factories’ facilities and resources to determine production capability.
∎ Review factories’ material reports to ensure that adequate stock for production is in place.
∎ Review factories’ strengths and capabilities and improvement areas.
∎ Work with colleagues to solve production issues that review and discuss customer comments with colleagues.
∎ Provide advice to factories to ensure that customers requirements are met.
∎ Provide suggestions to factories to enhance product quality and production processes.
∎ Bring innovative approaches to the production functional areas that continuously improve our ability to deliver faster, better and cheaper solutions.
∎ Collaborate closely with category management, merchandising, design, engineering and marketing teams – identifying requirements, ensuring clarity on prioritization, and create advance visibility into site roadmap.
∎ Supervise and motivate a team of workers and liaising among different department.
∎ Drive a tight daily and weekly site release process, managing production teams - including web production, test, catalog management, program management - to quality and efficient execution against tight deadlines.
∎ Partner closely working relationship and create processes with third-party e-commerce vendors to ensure seamless execution to ensure timelines and business needs are met.
∎ Create shift work schedules and coordinate requested vacation time coverage to maintain production schedule and weekly schedule required to meet production requirements.
∎ Review and analyze production and operational reports and trending to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications and operating or production problems.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
