Job Context:
∎ We are a well-established, growing web agency based in USA and Bangladesh.
∎ We are looking for a experienced technical project manager who can work with the Bangladesh development team of designers, developers and QA and report/co-ordinate with the US team.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a project manager, you would be involved and responsible for all below steps, Note: We use ClickUp to manage our projects and Slack to communicate.
∎ Need to Check Discovery Calls videos with clients which used to gather clients requirements.
∎ US team creates a Design requirements document and you need to take handover, break the works in pieces for designers.
∎ Work with Design Team in Bangladesh and make the requirement convert to creative website design, Here you need to collaborate with US creative designer team.
∎ After design the project is developed by Bangladesh Team, you need to work with them
∎ After complete the project Development the QA team check and you need to work with them
∎ You need to attend calls every day with different teams and report in end of the day with US team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5+ years of experience in software project management and Scrum experience
∎ Working experience in project management tool like ClickUp and Slack
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams (designer, developer, QA) of 6 or more
∎ Working experience in Wordpress, Elementor and Figma
∎ Must be very organized, methodical and be able to multi-task
∎ Great interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
∎ Excellent phone and customer service skills
Salary: Negotiable
