Your key responsibilities will include:

∎ Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
∎ Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
∎ Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
∎ Team Leadership:Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and QA engineers.Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
∎ Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
∎ Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
∎ Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders.
∎ Manage client expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
∎ Budget & Resource Management:Estimate project costs and manage budgets effectively.
∎ Allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal project outcomes.
∎ Quality Assurance:Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
∎ Oversee testing processes and ensure thorough documentation.
∎ Process Improvement:Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes.
∎ Implement best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
