∎ 5+ years of SEO experience with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
∎ Proven success managing multiple SEO campaigns for international (preferably USA) clients.
∎ Deep understanding of technical SEO, structured data, sitemaps, redirects, crawl budget, etc.
∎ Strong command of tools like:Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO, Clearscope, etc.
∎ Expertise in keyword strategy, backlink acquisition, and competitor gap analysis.
∎ Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, and CMS platforms (especially WordPress).
∎ Excellent English communication skills for client communication and reporting.
∎ Experience working in B2B, SaaS, agency, or eCommerce niches is a plus.
∎ 5+ years of SEO experience with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.

As the SEO Lead, you'll be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies for active USA client projects across various industries. You’ll lead a team of SEO specialists, coordinate with web developers, content strategists, and account managers, and serve as the face of SEO excellence within the company.
∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ Lead end-to-end SEO strategy for client websites including technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and local SEO.
∎ Build and manage a team of SEO executives, content writers, and outreach specialists.
∎ Perform in-depth SEO audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink profile evaluations.
∎ Develop and manage SEO roadmaps for each client project with KPIs and timelines.
∎ Work closely with web development and design teams for technical SEO implementation (Core Web Vitals, Schema, etc.)
∎ Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
∎ Ensure content strategies are SEO-focused and align with each client’s business goals.
∎ Regularly generate performance reports and conduct strategy reviews with clients.
∎ Stay ahead of SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.
∎ Coordinate with the sales team on SEO proposal creation and technical pitch support.
∎ Lead link-building and content marketing efforts aligned with ethical, white-hat practices.
