• Age 28 to 50 years

• Lead and manage a cross-functional engineering team focused on full-stack JavaScript (React.js/Next.js frontend and Node.js/Express backend).

• Oversee development workflows, version control, release cycles, and operational reliability of applications.

• Monitor, maintain, and optimize application performance and database integrity (MySQL & MongoDB).

• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery.

• Define and enforce engineering best practices (CI/CD, code reviews, testing, performance monitoring).

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, outages, and performance bottlenecks in both frontend and backend stacks.

• Manage technical documentation, deployment pipelines, and server environments.

• Coach and mentor developers; facilitate technical learning and career growth.

• Collaborate with DevOps (if available) or manage basic infrastructure needs on your own (Docker, Nginx, AWS, etc.).

• Define SLAs, KPIs, and OKRs for development teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
