• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup

• Age 21 to 45 years

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Education, or related field

• TESOL / CELTA / TEFL certification is a preference

• 3–7 years of experience in IELTS teaching and program management

• Valid IELTS Academic Score: Overall 7.0+ (minimum 6.5 in each band)

• Strong expertise in IELTS structure, scoring, and preparation strategies

• Proficiency in MS Office & familiarity with LMS tools

• Training in Public Speaking or ELT workshops

• Conduct engaging IELTS classes (both Offline & Online)

• Deliver result-oriented sessions for diverse student groups

🔹 Program & Curriculum Strategy

• Design and implement IELTS learning programs aligned with current exam standards

• Develop scalable and effective course frameworks

🔹 Content Development

• Create and improve lesson plans, mock tests, and practice materials

• Ensure alignment with the latest IELTS format and scoring criteria

🔹 Student Mentorship & Assessment

• Provide personalized guidance to students

• Track progress through mock exams and deliver actionable feedback

🔹 Leadership & Innovation

• Lead and mentor instructors and content team members

• Introduce modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools

🔹 Operational & Roster Management

• Prepare and maintain class schedules and instructor rosters

• Ensure proper allocation of classes and timely coordination of sessions
