• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and modern financial modelling tools.

• Strong understanding of funding rounds, VC strategies, and startup valuation metrics.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to translate financials into clear insights.

• Prior experience working in or with tech/startup companies is highly preferred.y

• Experience working with international investors or foreign VC firms.

• Familiarity with SaaS metrics or software/ed-tech product financial modelling.

About the role:

We are seeking a Financial Analyst who will play a pivotal role in developing an investment-ready pitch deck and comprehensive financial models for a groundbreaking ed-tech product. The role is mission-critical as we have already initiated conversations with venture capital firms, local investors, and foreign direct investors (FDI).

• Develop a high-quality, data-driven pitch deck tailored for investor presentations.

• Build robust financial models for different investment stages (Seed, Series A, VC), including revenue projections, cost structures, and unit economics.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to validate business assumptions and projections.

• Create sensitivity and scenario-based models to reflect varied investor expectations and growth possibilities.

• Provide clear, visual, and compelling financial insights to support investor meetings and due diligence.

• Conduct strategic financial planning and valuation analysis.

• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor benchmarks, and investor behaviour to refine financial forecasts.
