  • Age At least 30 years

Minimum 5 years working experience in NGO/INGO or other Development Organizations.

 Minimum 5 years of experience in providing technical support in education.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.

 Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.

 Camp-level working experience will be highly preferred.

 Proficiency in computer skills in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.

 Experience and knowledge of event and program report writing.



Responsibilities & Context:

Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is implementing BGD ECW MYRP Grantee project supported by Save the Children. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.

Job Responsibilities :

 Ensuring cooperation and strong liaison with local government, CIC, Site Management, Majhi, and other actors for implementing the Program in the camp

 Participate in designing and implementing of education assessments (i.e. teacher's training needs, learners' participation, community-based learning Centre management, parent/community involvement in education, etc.)

 Participate in designing training programs based on needs assessments.

 Participate in the development of training modules.

 Conduct teachers' training in collaboration with donors and local administration and provide coaching and mentoring Teachers and Field Officers.

 Assist the Project Coordinator in organizing and conducting trainings and workshops.

 Assess teachers' performance through observation, class visits, spot checks, and review of lesson plans.

 Assisting in/preparing training budget, schedule, module, and program materials procurement ensuring donor & organization policy.

 Supporting in recruitment process of new teachers.

 Attend and conduct workshops and trainings organized for teachers and staff.

 Coordinate and follow up on proper use of teaching materials.

 Ensure integration of program approach with other sectors.

 Support the development of MEAL tools and systems to measure and analyze learning outcomes.

 Support in preparing and reviewing tests and assessment tools.

 Report on activities and results to FOs and relevant staff when required.

 Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, Money laundering, Whistle Blowing and other Policies.



Job Other Benifits:

    Consolidated Tk. 63,500 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
