Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly C4DiE Work Plan and ensure proper implementation of the Project's Monthly C4DiE Action Plan;
∎ Support to program development, planning and communication
∎ Develop and implement C4DiE activities as per Programme Document including but not limited to conduct staff orientation on C4DiE, orientation of LCMC members, orientation to religious leaders, organizing children education fair and community dialogues;
∎ Developing and Producing IEC materials including poster, leaflet, flipchart, flashcard, etc.
∎ Providing training to target audiences and developing training manual/module
∎ Monitoring the C4DiE activities and deliver of results
∎ Technical and operation support to program implementation; Attend / organize LCMC meeting, parenting sessions for resolving LC related any concerns; keep meeting regulation;
∎ Attend monthly staff meeting;
∎ Participate different events organize by the donor and the project;
∎ Keep good team works with other key contact personnel like PO, TO,M&E officer, and finance and admin dept, PC, FP ,
∎ Keep organizational branding at the field level
∎ Closely work with UNICEF C4D officer
∎ Perform any other assignment given by the project management and the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 38000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Other benefits as per project provision.
