Job Context

Our company is almost two decades old, sweater factory. We work with High demanding buyers. We have earned our position by providing on-time shipment with quality products. We have self-motivated employees who can handle any uncertain situations by using contingency approach.

Responsibilities & Context

• Must have knowledge of sample development, approve sample & finishing quality in order to maintain a good standard product for executing shipment smoothly for the nominated customers.
• Expertise in the technical specification for sweater yarns and sweater knits manufacturing.
• Overview and support elevated yarns approval process from the conception to final approval to align product testing requirements.
• Check samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet customers' quality standards.
• Having knowledge of all kids of the safety standards for USA customers is a plus Able to check all kinds of samples & communication with customers/buying house.
• Having experienced and capable of handling buyers independently on Quality Assurance matters.
• Must have goods knowledge of the supervision of the sample department to output required samples with qualities according to the capacity.
• Sound knowledge about knitting charts & all kinds of knitting structural.
• Ensure works were inspected by the respective QCCs in accordance with the Quality Control System.
• Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories, and customers to ensure product quality.
