Age: 50 to 60 years;

At least 15 to 25 year(s) prior experience as a professional administrator in a foreign company or foreign project.;

Japanese Language Proficiency (N1/N2 Certification required);

Demonstrable Experience in developing strategic and business plans in a foreign company or a foreign project.;

Ability to understand the scaffolding materials rental and selling business;

Must have experience working with Japanese Management;

Know the expectations of Japanese Management and also know the corporate culture and protocol of Japanese Companies.

Overall responsible for operation and decision making on the scaffolding materials rental and selling business of the company;

To prepare and implement comprehensive business development plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities;

To provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson so that they will have an accurate view of the market and the company’s future;

To organize the team and allocate members to individual tasks for the purpose of the rental & sell of the scaffolding materials.
