Education:
∎ Graduation from Any Private/Public high school.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age: 55 to 65 years;
∎ At least more than 30 year(s) prior experience as the professional administrator in the foreign company or foreign project;
∎ Japanese or Japanese Language Skill: N1 Level.
∎ Experience of working at Japanese company in Japan more than 20 years;
∎ Demonstrable Experience in developing strategic and business plans in the foreign company or foreign project.;
∎ Ability to understand the construction equipment rental and selling business;
∎ Must have experience to work with Japanese Management;
∎ Know the expectation of Japanese Management and also know the corporate culture and protocol of Japanese Companies.
∎ Have any license in Japan regarding to construction site.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop the core functionalities of the CAD system, such as drawing tools, editing features, and file handling;
∎ Develop a marketing strategy that includes digital marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns;
∎ Identify and set up sales channels, such as a dedicated website, online marketplaces, and partnerships with retailers;
∎ To organize the team and allocate members to individual tasks for the purpose of the rental & sell of construction equipment, machine.
