• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Multinational Companies, Engineering Firms, Market Research Firms, Consulting Firms, Garments, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Research Organization, Coffee Shop, Individual/Personal Recruitment

• Age 50 to 60 years

• Japanese Language Proficiency (N1/N2 Certification required).

• Demonstrable Experience in developing strategic and business plans in a foreign company or a foreign project.;

• Ability to understand the scaffolding materials rental and selling business;

• Must have experience working with Japanese Management;

• Know the expectations of Japanese Management and also know the corporate culture and protocol of Japanese Companies.

• Overall responsible for operation and decision making on the scaffolding materials rental and selling business of the company;

• To prepare and implement comprehensive business development plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities;

• To provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson so that they will have an accurate view of the market and the company’s future;

• To organize the team and allocate members to individual tasks for the purpose of the rental & sell of the scaffolding materials.
