∎ Masters and Professional Certifications in related field will be an added advantage.

Job Context:
∎ We`re looking for passionate, dedicated game changers to join our team and drive the future along with us. The Technical Manager (IT) should have quantum of experience includes operation, strategy, establishment, expansion, planning, budgeting, technological advancement, project management. The Technical Manager (IT) analyzes the detailed work scope including user expectations, competitive environment as well as the user`s environment and define actions to be performed in the deployment cycle timeframe.
∎ TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT BOND: Finally selected candidates must give a Training & Development Bond for serving the Ezzy Group for a minimum period of 3 (three) years. Nominated mentors will guide them, coach them and train them on the job to shape up their competence & operational expertise; knowledge and behavioral competences to enable them take up the substantive job as the "Technical Manager".
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all technology operations (e.g. software, cyber security, IT infrastructure, and evaluate them according to established goals
∎ Establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
∎ Works closely with CxO throughout the process and also assist in decision for a deal and achieve solution target to meet specified financial goals.
∎ Manage client POC initiatives individually which includes appropriating resources and setup and delivery of POC
∎ Bridge between client, engineers, consultants and project management team
∎ Mentors sales, presales and solution design team
∎ Stay abreast of product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical problems
∎ Understand business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 7+ years' hands-on experienced as a System Administrator or Manager or Commissioning Engineer or Expert or Project Manager of Enterprise IT Solutions (Datacenter, SoC, Network Infrastructure, Fiber Backbone, SAN/NAS, IP Phone, Wifi Solution and Cloud/Virtual Infrastructure), Software Development Team and Security Surveillance Solutions (IP Camera, NVR, VMS, AI, Access Control and PA System) related services, a plus.
∎ Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor of system and software development team, a plus.
∎ Bigdata, DevOps, loT, Oracle, Microsoft, Cisco, Redhat, PMP, ITIL, Cyber Security Certifications a plus.
∎ Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management
∎ Good command over English Language or any certification would be an added advantage.
∎ Proficiency in email & verbal communication.
