Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic person who can work independently and lead our washing Technical Manager Denim Unit. The head of factory should be able to work in increasing efficiency and quality of our Technical Manager (Denim Washing Unit). The position will require a high level of leadership to manage 250+ factory employees.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical Manager (Denim Washing Unit)
∎ Must be Capable to Set up and Handle a brand-new sustainable washing plant.
∎ Must have Minimum 10 Years Working Experience to Work in a Technical Manager (Denim Washing Unit)
∎ Must have Capable to Marketing, Production and Delivery of a Denim Washing Plant.
∎ Responsible to bulk washes, Garment Washing, Finishing, Coordination and Sampling.
∎ Co-ordination with merchandiser to make recipes records.
∎ Responsible for a department where all Type of wash issue need to solve for Denim and non-denim Product.
∎ Production follow for Entire washing Plant.
∎ Production Planning for Entire Washing Plant.
∎ Ensuring maximum efficiency of all machines, optimum production, on-time delivery of goods, and standard quality.
∎ Prepare and monitor monthly budget to achieve company goals.
∎ Ensure product safety and quality.
∎ Ensure and maintain safe, clean and organized floor.
∎ Research & Development for all wash processes for the sample.
∎ Manage and sustain a full functional Effluent Treatment Plant.
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage.
∎ Maintain operational guidelines, procedures and practices.
∎ Manage, monitor and improve operational performance through process improvement, worker training, and technology upgrade.
∎ Manage work in progress costing, quality and tracking.
∎ Capable to do seasonal wash developments following customers requirement & trends
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
