• Need to have strong product handling knowledge on Denim/Denim Jacket/Tops/Chino.

• Able to ensure pattern (Sample to bulk) and line tackling with SOP.

• Knowledge on sewing, pattern, batch layout, balancing, operator training, IE, Denim pant & Jacket.

• Good communication in both English and Bengali.

We are a 100% export oriented renowned Denim Garments Manufacturer, looking for a dynamic, energetic and analytic candidate for "Technical Manager" position. The incumbent must have the initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high quality results.

• Create and maintain detailed technical specifications for garments, including measurements, construction techniques, materials, and finishes. Ensure that specifications comply with industry standards and customer requirements.

• Follow quality SOP/Needle point and sewing quality standard.

• Ensure proper construction and amendment of Size set/pilot run.

• Follow up Line Feeding & QCO report.

• Provide guidance to a team of personnel of the factory for smooth and uninterrupted performance of factory production.

• Make plans for the technical jobs of the factory on regular basis to ensure that all the necessary measures are taken for the smooth performance of the factory.

• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce costs without compromising garment quality.

• Discuss with QC/ Industrial Engineering (IE) personnel to address the technical procedure and meet the quality requirements.

• Provide technical guidance and training to cross-functional teams, including pattern makers, sample makers, and quality control staff.

• Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies related to garment production and quality control.
