Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for more experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have CAD and 3D Software ExperienceGerber, Optitex, 3D CLO
∎ Provide technical support for garment construction and quality related issues. Develop and train technical associates and factories to align with the technical requirements of the brand.
∎ Should have fabric knowledge of plaid, stripe, print & solid to work out consumption (YPD) for kids, men's, ladies and women of full range sizes in minimum of fabric usage.
∎ Should have knowledge with suggestion & solution for fabric issue such as fabric shading in factories for instructing to production.
∎ Should have Knowledge of modern and updated QA procedures and techniques as per customer's quality standard.
∎ Ability to ensure the samples is stitching as per the buyer's expectation.
∎ Provide technical clarifications to Buyer Technical designers and Merchandisers.
∎ Responsible for on time deliveryof development Sample, Proto Sample/Photo Sample, Fit Sample, SMS sample, Quality Sample, PP sample, Size Set Sample, Bulk Sample, Gold Tag/Seal Sample and swatches as per buyer and merchandiser's requirement.
∎ Must ensure to pass sample in one shot submission, and Coordinate with Merchandiser to pass the samples as per Buyer and Lab Test requirements.
∎ Responsible to receive the comments and approval on time from buyers' end on time and give technical support to resolve problems for developing samples for buyers and bulk production for the Production team.
∎ Risk assessment for development samples. Evaluate the sampling for the production, identify any difficulties that may arise during the pre-production and estimate the efficiency of production.
∎ Identify causes during the time of production and take actionable steps to improve product.
∎ To inform the accuracy and confirmation to the buyer that bulk production will adhere to approved sample.
∎ To confirm correct the measurement and all Fabricsconsumption correct requirements.
∎ Good in manipulating patterns to reduce the consumptions for emergency fabric shortages.
∎ To ensure perfection in programming and designing charts.
∎ Always be prepared for Technical Audit or any other audit as per buyer requirements.
∎ Responsible for finalizing all the markers and consumptions for bulk and costing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments sample, 3D designing, CAD
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Computer literacy
∎ Minimum 15 years experience in a large-scale Woven andKnit Factory, ideally with sewing machine knowledge.
∎ Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication skill is a must.
∎ Should have good knowledge in computer.
∎ Able to communicate with the buyer.
∎ Able to administrate sample department's workers and staff.
∎ Able to coordinate with Merchandiser, buyer QC, Station QC, Sample QC and Production team.
∎ Being active on WhatsApp for prompt communication.
∎ Chattogram based job seeker will be preference.
