Job Context:
∎ Technical Lead (TL) will oversee the technical aspects of IT projects initiatives by Stichting BRAC International (SBI). Responsible to manage the delivery of projects output to ensure that solutions and the delivery process both satisfy the scope of works and provide value for money. S/he will work with SBI internal functional stakeholders, partners and vendors projects team to manage IT projects from the concept stage to release. TL will drive and coordinate the digitization of social development programs of SBI field operations in the Africa and Asia.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Align the IT part of the overall processes in the development programs and support functional units with the strategic digitization initiatives of the organization.
∎ Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and evaluating existing and proposed processes and user requirements for IT enabled initiatives and implementation projects. Make sure underlying technology is able to address the business issues.
∎ Organize requirement gathering workshops, participate in project management activities, and build the quality plan with internal and external stakeholders' engagements. Work with the project team to deliver projects to high standards, on time and on budget.
∎ Prepare user stories, use cases, business requirements specifications, requirement traceability matrix and other functional documents.
∎ Ensure industry standard technical requirements specifications and solution design documents are prepared with solid ownership and strong coordination with the technical stakeholders.
∎ Lead system architecture design, implementation and development concepts, documentation and data modeling.
∎ Ownership of the entire system integration and data exchange process from the source to target system. Design, develop and execute APIs and automation scripts using the necessary tools.
∎ Lead business and technical aspects of Financial Planning and Budgeting project implementation for all BRAC International wide countries.
∎ Others (Safeguarding):
∎ Establish a safeguarding culture across all levels of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Clear and concise business requirements/specifications writing skills. Excellent verbal communication skills to build strong engagement with IT team and cross functional stakeholders.
∎ Bring together teams to design, develop, test and refine digital solutions supported under a structured environment and with ready to use tools.
∎ Impressive leadership skills to motivate and guide project team members. Ensure everyone remains productive and gets projects done on time.
∎ Manage relationship with key stakeholders internally as well as interface with third-party contractors, partners, vendors and consultants.
∎ Proven working experience in software development and quality assurance. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
∎ Strong technical abilities, such as programming and working with mobile or website systems, security principles and script.
∎ Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure, software architecture, SQL, Databases and API Development.
∎ Focus on improving decision-making and organizational abilities to help effectively self-manage your workload. Manage multiple projects at once while still meeting deadlines and presenting innovative products.
∎ Keep an active watch on digital technologies available in the market that may improve the quality and efficiency of our field operations, and product and service delivery.
∎ Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
∎ Manage and ensure of the IT compliance, service management, ownership of issue resolution and change management of all IT projects.
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years of experience as Lead System Analyst or Technical lead in IT Projects.
∎ Working experiences with EPM, ERP & monitoring tools under log frame environment.
