∎ Lead and oversee the development and implementation of software solutions using Laravel, Java, Python, and PHP.
∎ Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
∎ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
∎ Strategic Planning:
∎ Collaborate with the executive team to define the company’s technical strategy and roadmap.
∎ Identify new opportunities in the market and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
∎ Drive the development of new products and services in alignment with business goals.
∎ Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
∎ Establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Ensure effective resource allocation and workload management.
∎ Recruit, train, and retain top technical talent.
∎ Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
∎ Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients.Understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality, tailored solutions.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company’s presence on international marketplaces like Fiverr and Upwork.
