Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).

• Build and integrate machine learning and deep learning models into production systems.

• Develop RESTful and WebSocket APIs for AI-enabled features and third-party integrations.

• Work with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search technologies for AI solutions.

• Optimize database schemas and queries (PostgreSQL/MySQL/NoSQL) for performance and scalability.

• Implement data pipelines for training, inference, and real-time processing.

• Ensure code quality through automated testing, validation, and documentation.

• Implement caching, rate limiting, and performance optimization for mission-critical systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, Product, DevOps) to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Participate in agile development processes and contribute to technical architecture decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in Python development.

• Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar).

• Experience building and deploying APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

• Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and query optimization.

• Familiarity with LLM integrations, embeddings, or AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.

• Knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Good communication and documentation skills.
