• Must have basic reading and writing proficiency in both English and Bengali for communication and reporting purposes.

• Possession of a valid driving license is required for field visits and travel to customer locations.

• Prior experience in paint spraying operations or similar application techniques is preferred.

• Willingness and ability to work in any region across Bangladesh as per operational or customer requirements.

Technical Executive

Job Description

• Conduct routine testing of the Polyurethane (PU) product range to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with manufacturing standards.

• Perform detailed testing and evaluation of newly developed products prior to commercial launch, ensuring they meet performance and safety benchmarks.

• Investigate and resolve technical product complaints by analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and providing corrective actions or support.

• Raise and manage technical service requisitions to coordinate timely support or adjustments related to product performance or customer needs.

• Conduct comparative testing of competitor products to gather insights on market standards, product performance, and areas for improvement.

• Prepare and manage customized product samples based on individual customer requirements for evaluation and feedback.

• Coordinate the technical aspects of exhibitions, including product displays, demonstrations, and customer interactions to represent the brand effectively.

• Design and deliver technical training programs for internal staff or customers to enhance product understanding and application skills.

• Facilitate regular training sessions for technical and production staff to ensure up-to-date knowledge on products, processes, and quality standards.

• Develop and maintain high-quality display samples for internal reference, marketing use, or customer presentation.

• Provide structured technical training for new employees to familiarize them with products, testing procedures, and company standards.

• Visit customer sites to offer technical support, gather feedback, address product-related concerns, and strengthen client relationships.
