Job Context:
∎ Orbund is a US-based software company looking for tech-savvy writers for its Bangladesh office. In this dynamic role, you are expected to have impeccable English writing skills with a passion to learn about new technologies. The day to day activity of a technical writer would primarily include making simple to understand Help and Support materials for Orbund`s highly complex SaaS application suite and responding to business proposals for international clients.
∎ No prior experience is required as long as you have great writing skills and a problem-solving attitude.
∎ In this position you are expected to have impeccable English writing skills with a passion to learn about new technologies. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare user guides, release notes and reference documentation
∎ Interact with users of the system and develop innovative video tutorials
∎ Explain complex technical issues via emails, blog posts, FAQs, video scripts, etc.
∎ Prepare responses to RFPs and other business proposals
∎ Communicate user feedback to programmers to help design a better product.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
∎ Creative and analytical writing skills
∎ Strong computer skills and eagerness to learn new technologies
∎ Attention to details and a drive for quality.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
