Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This role focuses on producing high-quality technical documents, user manuals, training material, and knowledge base content. You'll be working closely with engineering, product, QA, and service teams to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with banking compliance standards.
∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ • Prepare technical manuals, user guides, API documentation, and SOPs for CBS modules
∎ • Translate complex workflows and system designs into readable, structured formats
∎ • Maintain version-controlled documentation and ensure audit-readiness
∎ • Create flowcharts, diagrams, and visuals using tools like Lucidchart, Draw. io
∎ • Collaborate across teams to keep documentation in sync with product updates
∎ • Contribute to client onboarding material and product training resources
