Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
∎ Bachelor's Degree in BSc, CSc, EEE or related field
∎ Candidate with similar Experience will also be encouraged for this position.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have solid experience in attending RFQ, RFP, EOI, and other tender related to Software Industry and prepare necessary proposal and supporting documents.
∎ Should have experience in preparing technical documents like business Requirements, SRS, SDD, User manuals, Guidelines and other project deliverables to meet contract requirements.
∎ Must have experience to prepare technical and nontechnical presentations as per client & project demand.
∎ Prepare requirement study reports, documents & prepare presentation for represent user requirements attending meetings and workshops.
∎ Develop outlines and drafts for review and approval by technical specialists and project management ensuring that final documents meet applicable contract requirements and regulations.
∎ Research and gather technical and background information for inclusion in project documentation and deliverables.
∎ Develop training material or user manual.
∎ Maintain and adhere to document standards and convention.
∎ Work to improve documentation & presentation quality improvement of the company
∎ Work independently and produce high quality deliverables.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5+ years of technical writing experience
∎ Must be Excellent in Bangla & English writing.
∎ Experience with Microsoft Office project suite and policy documentation.
∎ Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio/Any other Diagram drawing tool.
∎ Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
∎ Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
∎ Ability to quickly grab complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
∎ Excellent written skills in English
∎ Should have knowledge with the SDLC and agile software development
∎ University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 50000 (Monthly)
