Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Minimum CGPA must be 3:00 out of 4.00 in Bachelor Degree with no 3rd class in any academic level
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
∎ Develop content in various media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation
∎ Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements
∎ Product reputation management through extensive outbound communication on Samsung software products
∎ Liaise with different development teams to gather and aggregate solution for comprehensive VoC management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1~2 year(s) experience of working in similar type of job will be appreciated
∎ Must be tech savvy and adaptive to gadgets and technology
∎ Very strong command in English (will be tested)
∎ Ability to organize information coherently and present it in an effective and efficient manner verbally and in writing (will be tested)
∎ Adequate report, article, or blog writing skills. Any professional certification/ workshop/ training on these skills will get special consideration
∎ Blogging and digital content creation experience will be an added advantage
∎ Must have strong communication skills and analytical capability
∎ Hands-on working experience with Microsoft Office Suite
∎ Must be very organized and have good time management skills
∎ Must be hardworking, responsible and energetic
