Job Context:
∎ Technical Compliance - To support the technical compliance work, ensuring that all factories working with our company in Bangladesh meet our technical systems requirements, and are compliant for all customers technical system required standards, via external and internal audits , and regular visits.
∎ Liaising with the audit companies & customer offices regarding technical compliance audits done on time and before the expiry, and reviewing factories performance against standards.
∎ Technical CAPs- to help and support factories in making appropriate CAPs for audits done. Checking and verifying all technical CAPs made by factories at site, before submitting this to third party audit company or customers websites .
∎ Technical reports - assisting to make any Ethical & technical reports as required.
∎ Checking unauthorized subcontracting through audit/visits.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Factory work - working with all of our factories in Bangladesh ( & other countries as and when required) to ensure that they comply with all Customers compliance requirements via audits ( 3rd party as required, and internal audits ) on a regular basis.
∎ Factory & office work - Helping and advising factories with action plans and working with them to close issues.
∎ Unauthorized Subcontracting check in factories- to do a regular audits in our factories and their sister concern and to find our actual scenario/habit of the factory.
∎ Liaising with the customer via the local offices in BD regarding technical audits & visits
∎ Making technical reports after conducting successful audit.
∎ Attending any Technical systems training given by the Customers local offices in Bangladesh and liaising with our Factories to ensure they attend.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Person working in customer office and/or buying house will be given preference.
Salary: Negotiable
