∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Process Development, Business System Analysis, Software Languages and Coding
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the Existing Work Process: Research and analyze an organization's existing Business Processes, Systems & Designs to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Business Processes & System Analysis: Analyze existing business systems, processes, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
∎ Process Mapping: Creating clear process maps and flow chart for existing procedures. Developing methodologies based on diagrams, surveys and self-initiated interviews.
∎ System Design: Design and propose solutions to address business challenges, including defining system requirements, data models and integration. Overseeing the design, programming, testing and deployment of enterprise solutions as necessary.
∎ Requirements Assembling: Collaborate with all departments and business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications and reporting.
∎ Documentation Process: Create detailed documentation of business requirements, system specifications, and user manuals to facilitate effective communication and understanding among all layers of the staffs and stakeholders.
∎ Creating SOP's: Collaborate with HR Department and develop effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all processes, Implementing SOPs in different all processes, ensure periodical check if the SOP's is followed across the company.
∎ Project Management: Take the Leadership to manage and coordinate projects related to system enhancements and implementations, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
∎ Create Budget Plan: Creating detailed plans for the implementation of new processes, including budgets and other resources required.
∎ Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure that systems meet business requirements and are free from defects
∎ Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with staff members, business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
∎ Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure the successful adoption of new systems and processes.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvement and system optimization to enhance business operations. Validating enterprise solutions and obtaining users' feedback.
∎ Develop Reporting Templates: Analyze existing reporting templates and developing new reports for top management, executives in different levels and shareholders to support their recommendations for improvements.
