∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Denim Pant, Garment Sector: Denim Bottom (Woven), jacket, Line balancing, Operator training, Pattern making, Quality Control/ Audit, SEWING
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Technical Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to have strong product handling Denim/Denim Jacket/Tops/Chino
∎ Able to ensure pattern (Sample to bulk)
∎ Able to ensure line tackling with SOP
∎ To follow quality SOP/Needle point
∎ Size set/pilot- ensure to construction and amendment
∎ To ensure Tech pack
∎ Follow up sewing quality standard
∎ Knowledge on sewing, pattern, batch layout, balancing, operator training, IE, Denim pant & Jacket Experience has to be there
∎ To look after the technical functions of a highly sophisticated garments factory.
∎ Take the charge of technical functions of a garment factory delivering products to top-class customers in the USA/Europe and being responsible for the successful operation of machinery to meet the required quality of the apparel produced and delivered.
∎ Provide guidance to a team of personnel of the factory for smooth and uninterrupted performance of factory production.
∎ Making plans for the technical jobs of the factory on regular basis to ensure that all the necessary measures are taken for the smooth performance of the factories.
∎ Taking care of technical functions to ensure that production is in no way hampered.
∎ Discuss with QC/ Industrial Engineering (IE) personnel to address the technical procedure and meet the quality requirements.
