∎ Oversee product development/engineering
∎ Manage development/product engineer team
∎ Requirements analysis and product design
∎ Data and database management
∎ Product management
∎ Tech team leadership and training
∎ New technology R&D and adoption
∎ Third party API and integration management
∎ Revenue assurance operations
∎ Deployment and devops
∎ 24/7 uptime on cloud and local deployment assurance
∎ Client, stakeholder and partner communication
∎ University degree in the field of computer science or a relevant subject. An advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
∎ 3-5 years’ experience as TEAM Lead position.
∎ Deep understanding of data architecture, performance tuning and optimization.
∎ Experience with any of the Cloud technologies like MS Azure, AWS, Google, Ali Baba.
∎ Familiar with Session initiation protocol (SIP) cloud solutions.
∎ Experience working on high-traffic live services
∎ Experience with Project management methodologies including Agile/Scrum.
∎ Implementation experience with Business Intelligence, Big Data and Analytics.
∎ Hands-on experience coding in multiple programming languages.
∎ Experience with UNIX system administration and web server configuration.
∎ Knowledge of Internet protocols and RFC standards, database management systems, and revision control systems.
∎ Demonstrated ability to envision software solutions that meet consumer needs or solve business problems.
∎ Familiarity with technical requirements of Internet marketing and search engine optimization.

The ideal applicant will have what it takes to successfully play the two parts of an effective Team Lead, which is the part of the job that is focused on strategy and designing the way that technology will serve the business or creating a product, which is focused on product development

∎ The Tech Team Lead’s role would be to assure the successful execution of the company’s business mission through the development and deployment of the company’s tech team. This requires envisioning the company’s service offerings, leading the implementation of android, web and software solutions, and planning for risk and growth. The Team lead is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company and will work with the Executive Management to grow the company through the use of technological resources.
